How to Install AppSync for iPad OS 3.2 & iPhone OS 3.1.3

The Spirit jailbreak has been released which enables untethered jailbreaking of iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. However, in order to install .ipa files manually, the AppSync application needs to be installed which is available through Cydia. AppSync has now been updated to support iPhone and iPod Touch running OS 3.1.3 as well as iPad running OS 3.2. If you have not already, you need to jailbreak your device before installing AppSync. You can follow the complete guide to jailbreak iPhone OS 3.1.3 or iPad OS 3.2 (Wi-Fi+3G). Here is a step-by-step guide to download AppSync that is valid for all the iDevices.

Step 1: Open Cydia from your jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad and tap on Manage.

Step 2: Now select Sources from the list.

Step 3: Now tap on Edit and then Add. Enter ‘http://cydia.hackulo.us’ in the sources and tap on Add Source.

Step 4: After the sources have been updated, tap on Search and type ‘AppSync‘. You will get two applications; AppSync for OS 3.1 which is for iPhone & iPod Touch and AppSync for OS 3.2 which is for iPad.

Step 5: Tap on the appropriate application for your device to Install and Confirm it. Cydia will now install AppSync on your device.

Now you call install .ipa files manually on your jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
