Dell to add GPS navigation in netbooks

Dell always being a step ahead to grab the customers has announced to use GPS navigation feature (optional) in the Dell Mini 10 netbooks at start. The feature will cost you about $70 and come with a software from CoPilot navigation.The optional Wireless 700 card can be integrated to your netbook and it will serve as GPS navigation.

The purpose of netbook is portability, meaning take it anywhere. The addition of GPS in Dell Mini netbook will be a massive blow to other companies. Now take your Mini with you while traveling and it will help you find the locations. It will offer all GPS features like 2D maps, 3D maps, save address for trip, route optimization, find locations like hotels, stores and many other. It will be handy for international travelers and at places where cellphone signals are weak. The release date is July 7!
