Based on 10 years of playing with just about every Dell ever made, I have to question the long-term reliability of these. Every time Dell tries to make a super compact computer like this, they have serious problems with the hardware. Usually results from cheap components and excess heat from everything being in such a small package.

Dell is having production issues. My Zino HD were ordered on Nov 17 and still have not arrived as of Jan 22.

This system SHOULD have enough power to play full-screen video; the Radeon HD3200 has video decoding hardware. Unfortunately with the current combination of the Flash player and the Hulu site it isn't getting used. The HD4330 option might improve video playback a bit – but mostly by speeding up the processor by removing contention for memory. The 1.8GHz Athlon Neo processor option might also help.
